He wasn’t fully familiar with the nuances of selling to nonresident military but he got someone else involved in a hurry to make sure we got the best deal and everything was taken care correctly. We really appreciate how helpful Gus was in trying to acclimate me to my new gadgets in the car and learning a new more eco friendly way of driving. All I needed was a closer. But once I decided on a 2019 VW Tiguan S, I simply searched the map for local dealers, and checked available stock on each website until I found an orange one with reasonably low mileage. Walnut Creek VW had the prime suspect in custody. I moved in for the capture. Augusto Davila handed me the keys to test drive while he worked with other customers during an unanticipated crowd on Superbowl Sunday. "You've got this. I'll see what you think when you get back." Now, I gotta say, I've been to a lot of local dealers lately, and this office looks great. Some VW dealers had faded posters on the wall from long past campaigns, and hungry looks in their eyes. But everyone at Dirito Brothers maintained a comfortable atmosphere. Let you roll at your own pace. "Gus the Bus" matched the price quoted by CarMax for similar cars and even cut below the their own website listing. My credit was apparently fabulous. So I was handing over the keys to my old 2003 Jetta and driving out with a Tiguan (with no money down) before you could say Fahrvergnügen. And we signed most of the papers on a humungous touch-screen desk. It was an exciting experience. I feel good. More

Great experience dealing with Gus and the team I have recently moved to the area and needed to buy a car quickly for myself and my family. I had already had some bad experience with some local used I have recently moved to the area and needed to buy a car quickly for myself and my family. I had already had some bad experience with some local used car dealers who were trying to sell me a vehicle and had not opened up to the fact that it had structural damage (logged on the service history), as well as pestering me with calls five times a day. This lead me to walking in to the Dirito Brothers VW garage over the road from where I was staying. Gus and the team were instantly welcoming to myself and my young son, and demonstrated a welcoming and hospitable approach. I was there for over three hours and ended up buying a certified used VW Tiguan. The whole experience from reviewing what was in their lot to signing the contract was professionally run, and so has the aftercare for any minor work required to the vehicle by their service department (Marina). All in all a great experience, and I would certainly look to go back to Dirito Brothers VW in future if I look to purchase a new vehicle. More
