I purchased a VW Arteon on Sunday, 3 days ago. It was a great deal and the car is amazing. They even detailed it and filled it up with gas for me before I left. Also Ed, the financing guy is amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable. I will certainly buy my next car from this dealership a few years from now. This time, we had to wait a little bit more because they had to bring our car from Concord and there were a lot of people trying to get a new car due to the good deals they where offering, but the facilities/services in the waiting area were good to wait while they were getting the car and the paperwork ready. Augusto (Gus) Davila (our sales guy!) is amazing! He listens, understands our needs and always looks for the best ways/cars that accommodate our preferences and budget! Was greeted by Gus, who was just finishing up with another customer that was doing the exact same thing fro his wife. I guess we both lucked out with Gus. Great guy and was able to find exactly the Atlas with the specs I was looking for. It was not on the property but he promised in a few hours he could have it ready for me to take home and surprise my wife and kids in the morning. He was great at going through all the options and there was no pressure to buy at any point. He made it really simple for me and while my 4 year old daughter played in the kid area I was able to work with Gus and the team there to get everything taken care of.
