Mat is the service specialist that helped with the truck issue that I noticed. He said to make appointment. Set one up for following week. Arrived at appointed time. Mat came to me and explained that the service work that was needed would take some time and asked if I would be staying on needed a ride some place? A ride was there to take me home and pick me up when I needed to be dark to get my truck. The recall was done as well as the problem that I brought truck in for.
