I have bought many new business trucks over the years at different dealerships as far away as Pittsburgh, I Just bought a 2020 Gmc crew cab in October of 2019 and I will definitely be buying my next new veh different dealerships as far away as Pittsburgh, I Just bought a 2020 Gmc crew cab in October of 2019 and I will definitely be buying my next new vehicle for my wife from Brandon Busker at Bocker in Freeport. Reasons why I have been recommending friends and my customers to visit Bocker. Brandon is not a high pressure Salesman which turns me off, I was real busy with work after my first visit with Brandon so he sent me a short follow up text about a week after I stopped in, then after a few more days of texting back an forth answering all my questions we made the deal. He was hands down more knowledgeable about all the high tech features on my truck, I stopped at two other dealerships one dealership I stopped 3 times and nobody even came out to ask if I needed help, the other place I test drove a truck but I seemed to know more than he did about how the truck features worked, he also seemed like he didn’t enjoy his job and didn’t seem to care if he sold me a truck. The other thing that impressed me was when I stopped in twice when Brandon was not working the other two salesmen’s treated me just like I were there customers, actually everyone I dealt with in the whole process was very friendly with positive attitudes. Bocker went the extra mile to help me feel comfortable and I felt we were dealing with local folks who understand that purchasing a vehicle is serious Bocker went the extra mile to help me feel comfortable and I felt we were dealing with local folks who understand that purchasing a vehicle is serious business-like they say; the 2nd biggest investment you make. Austin worked hard in some very cold conditions to wash my truck and have-it ready for pick-up. He was also very patient in going over all the options on the truck,( many, new to me). Offering 2 free oil changes helps me get acquainted with the service dept., which is nice for future service needs. Austin also recommended a local outlet for having the Line-x, bed liner applied right there in Freeport, saving me a drive to Rockford. I love the truck!!! More
