We are retired seciors, so during this pandemic time, we were very leary of going in and possibly exposing ourselves. We were rest assured when we got there, Austin wore a mask the whole time, and was very conscientious of mask wearing and sanitizing our vehicles after they were looked over for a trade in. Austin is a very nice young man. His momma should be proud. Very polite, informative and knew every part and button on our Sierra. Explained all in a very understanding way.
