Fast efficient Major Service. Always have received good service at this location. Was disappointed that they stopped providing a rinse off/wash for vehicles but although not as con Always have received good service at this location. Will continue to use Toyota and most likely buy a new replacement from this location. More

Exceeded my expectations! The tire pressure monitoring system light came on in our new Highlander so we took it into Sierra to have it checked out...turns out there was a screw The tire pressure monitoring system light came on in our new Highlander so we took it into Sierra to have it checked out...turns out there was a screw in the right front tire. The service advisor worked us right in, got the tire repaired, and got us on our way with no charge. And, here’s the kicker...we’re from WA state where we bought the car last September so Sierra may never even see us again but we’ll never forget them! More

Austin Fornof in service was very helpful! I needed to have a timing belt, associated idler pulleys and both v-belts replaced on my indestructible 1992 Paseo with 336,000 miles. Shawn Molina in I needed to have a timing belt, associated idler pulleys and both v-belts replaced on my indestructible 1992 Paseo with 336,000 miles. Shawn Molina in parts and Austin in service took very good care of me. They pointed out that I needed a new front axle, as the outer left CV boot was leaking. Good service from good people. Many thanks for good service! I bought my car at this dealership 14 years ago and have always been treated fairly. Thanks again! More
