10,000 mile checkup. I've had my Rav 4 for over 16 months and I am very satisfied with it. It's only been 3000 miles since my last service, but 6 months and with the hot I've had my Rav 4 for over 16 months and I am very satisfied with it. It's only been 3000 miles since my last service, but 6 months and with the hot weather coming up I want to be prepared. Service was friendly and speedy. I was concerned that the service manager advised me I will need my cleaner changed next visit, why not change it this time while it's under free service during first four visits. Also I do have a question, the windshield tag says my car isn't due back for 10,000 miles, that will probably be 16 to 18 months. More

Great Service Department and Service Writer! I have a 1992 Toyota Paseo with 338,000+ miles. I bought her here at Sierra Toyota in 2005. Shawn Molina in Parts and more recently Austin Fornof in S I have a 1992 Toyota Paseo with 338,000+ miles. I bought her here at Sierra Toyota in 2005. Shawn Molina in Parts and more recently Austin Fornof in Service have been extraordinarily helpful in keeping my Paseo running well. She starts everytime and still delivers 38 MPG with no major engine work, just routine maintenance. This dealership sells and services great cars through their great people. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! More

Should have been better! Second service at Sierra as you can see on your system . First visit simple task of rotating tires and topping off fluids not done till I showed servi Second service at Sierra as you can see on your system . First visit simple task of rotating tires and topping off fluids not done till I showed service writer. I was unfortunately here when service was due this time tires were rotated front to back, oil looks clean although pan plug had no indication of being removed, couldn't see if oil filter was changed on work order said air filter was charged for but was not recieved due to I have a cleanable one on . Which from both visits to Sierra indicates to me you have less than honorable employees. Also Service Advisor told me I needed a new battery, which when I checked was putting out 12.7 DC and charging at over 14 DC. How would you rate your experience if you were me? More
