Place is a mess, as a person that has been involved with auto dealership renovation and new construction i could not believe the conditions and mess this dealership was in. Trade companies should have their auto dealership renovation and new construction i could not believe the conditions and mess this dealership was in. Trade companies should have their own parking area never mixed in with customers and brand new autos. Signage for customer where unprofessional and not clear. Safety of customers or employees was not a priority. One lady worker was like it is construction get use to it, unprofessional. Parking lot was dirty which was not thrilling to step into a brand new car with dirty feet. Austin was over the top and accommodated us as we communicated our dissatisfaction of the conditions that we had to deal with. he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We would highly recommend Austin. The GM (can not remember his name, however very nice) also came out and apologies which we did appreciate. If we were the GC on this job we would have been thrown off the job. More

Emailed about final price and keep getting the run around with no clear response. Brought in for service, picked up and car was over miles by 25miles. When asked about they blamed it on the app and said with no clear response. Brought in for service, picked up and car was over miles by 25miles. When asked about they blamed it on the app and said it didn’t update. But after I drove away I checked when I got home and it was accurate. I asked to fix heated seat and they said it’s an auto mode and that can’t be shut off. And it does shut off and still doesn’t work. So now I’m going to have to get it fixed again and waste time with a loaner again when you could have diagnosed it correctly and fixed it. More
