Once I had the vehicle picked out, that's where the issues started. I must say it was very stressful. After spending half the moring and half the afternoon we finally closed the deal. After discussing this with several managers, It was really frustrating. After all of that they finally made it right and we bought our new Lexus LS 500. I want to stress that the only reason I came back after I had left the dealership was because of Austin Guzman. He made such a good impression and was so kind I felt I would be doing him a disservice if I didn't buy from him. Thanks again to my new friend Austin Guzman. More

First and foremost Austin is AWESOME! The reason I am giving three stars is the serious lack of communication between departments. On Wed. I test drove the car and was told on Thursday I The reason I am giving three stars is the serious lack of communication between departments. On Wed. I test drove the car and was told on Thursday I would be getting a call from the finance department. No one called. On Friday I requested to please call me after 4pm, around noon I get a call. I made it perfectly clear, to two different people, on Wed when I was in there I would be using two credit cards when I came to purchase the car. I was told on Saturday when I was there that they do not accept more than $2500 on a card. They were nice enough to put me in a rental until Monday when I could get a wire transfer and a check to them. Austin brought me the new vehicle personally. Again, Austin you rock! More
