BMW's have been a lifelong love of mine-it all started when I was a kid dreaming about those iconic grilles and the thrill of the drive. Now, I have turned that passion into a career, helping others experience the excitement of the ultimate driving machine. Outside of work, life is full of energy and compassion with my partner and fur babies: 3 mischievous cats and 2 loyal dogs--a playful Golden-doodle and a regal Akita. They keep life fun, busy, and full of love.

Probably would have gotten 5 star but after spending 8k in repairs, from tires to wiper blades and had my car for over 3 weeks you could have washed it and vacuumed it out. Austin did a great job of taking care of my issues. Been back and forth a bit with my X7 and he has always done a good job of communicating and making sure that they get the issues taken care of. overall good to very good. took awhile to figure out what caused the electrical problem and reboot the computers. i was not told what caused problem or if anyone knew what cau took awhile to figure out what caused the electrical problem and reboot the computers. i was not told what caused problem or if anyone knew what caused it! so far I've had no additional issues. the only thing was that the car was returned to me dirty. as some kind of test or whatever the windshield wipers were turned on and left the windshield streaked. Went for a schedule service by BMW. As always, I called and Austin Landers that has become a good friend with the years, was very helpful and informed me what the service would be done As always, I called and Austin Landers that has become a good friend with the years, was very helpful and informed me what the service would be done on my I4 M50. Everything was arranged like transportation and after offering a service loaner I told him that it was more than OK to just have someone drive me home and pick me up when service would be completed. The service that this department offer to its customer is amazing because of Austin and the rest of the team. Walser BMW is an impressing facility but without Austin it would be just another dealership. There are no doubts that Austin and all the service team are a important asset to the company. Thank you, guys, for your amazing customer care and keep it going !!! More
