Bought a new car I’d just like to start off saying when I came to the dealership I had no intention of buying the car I did that day. Why? Because the pictures on the internet were terrible. And why did I buy it? Because of Austin Oppenheimer. Not only was Austin 100% professional, but he went above and beyond to sell me this car. After exchanging a few texts over a couple of days he text me a picture of the car. And wow did the picture he send me look nothing like the one on your guys website. It’s little things like that that make a huge difference. Clearly. Then on top of that. Aaron (didn’t catch his last name) got me one heck of a deal and even threw in some interior modifications to sweeten the deal. I will forever keep buying Honda cars due to the reliability and as long as I’m in the metro I will always take my car to Ames to have it serviced because I have always been treated fair and they do an amazing job. I literally live less than a half of a mile from the Acura dealership here in Johnston and could easily get it serviced there but I just trust you guys too much. Back on topic- I feel Austin could train other car salesman that are having a hard time selling due to how he goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers needs. The man deserves a raise. More
