We were looking for a specific model/color of Palisade and they had one in transit. We live 6hrs away, but it was the closest one that I could find. So, I inquired online and received a call from Austin T and they had one in transit. We live 6hrs away, but it was the closest one that I could find. So, I inquired online and received a call from Austin Tafoya and the rest, as they say, is history. This was by far the easiest and lowest pressure car purchase we have ever done. The car came in about a week earlier than expected and I had asked that everything be ready when we arrived as we were heading back home the same day. Austin had everything set and ready to go and it was a pretty quick and easy process. The only other person we really dealt with was Nick, the finance guy, and he as well was a no pressure individual doing his best to make it quick and easy. In fact, I have never seen a finance person not push, push, push addons, but Nick did not even try, my wife was the one that stopped the process and asked questions. Overall, we could not be happier with our experience. More
