Irritated that that information was not available and used at the time I rolled into the dealership. Had to pencil in a form which was irritating and makes me question where my personal information actually landed on the web. I know someone received something because it triggered a phone call for sales to call me. Myself coming from the IT side of a fortune 500 company made this a bit more frustrating. Get the resource hand off figured out or remove it from the site to avoid more customer frustration and over promising. More
