There was a bit of confusion a Aws was professional and informative; took us on an incredible test drive that really sold the car I was interested in. There was a bit of confusion about a discount program I had been lead to believe I could utilize, but the team found dealership discounts that were the equivalent of what I was searching for. Nate expedited our finance process while still being through and taking the time to answer all of my questions. Overall, an incredibly positive experience for a first-time new car buyer! More

Excellent after getting the price I wanted I went in to Royal Moore Toyota for a RAV4 XLE, and right when I got there the one I wanted was being delivered off the truck. Aws, Ron, and Nate wor I went in to Royal Moore Toyota for a RAV4 XLE, and right when I got there the one I wanted was being delivered off the truck. Aws, Ron, and Nate worked hard to make sure I got the best possible price, even pushing their own negotiators to drop their price. The first day I went in there I had presented my price, and whoever the person was that put their offer on paper wasn't very easy to work with. They tried to explain the rebate differently than what it was claiming it was a total loss the dealer was taking with no reimbursement from the manufacturer, lied about the invoice price, and ultimately wouldn't budge on their price. I went home, and came back the next day to work with a different person, but still made sure to work closely with Aws and Ron because they were excellent and really represented what the Royal Moore experience should be. The second negotiator who was giving me offers again was excellent at listening to my rationale for my offer, and after a couple times shooting offers back and forth I got the price I wanted, with a great warranty included, all at a thousand dollars less than the first negotiator. Nate Taylor worked to get me the best financing plan possible, getting offers from multiple banks and Toyota themselves to give me a minimal interest rate. More

Always great service I've been using the shop at Royal Moore Toyota for years to fix anything I couldn't myself on my beater of a '97 Tercel. George has always done right I've been using the shop at Royal Moore Toyota for years to fix anything I couldn't myself on my beater of a '97 Tercel. George has always done right by me, so, when it came time to purchase a new car for my wife last year, and knowing she wanted a Rav4, Royal Moore is where we headed. Ron set us up with a fair price on a fully safety featured version with minimal hassle, and we've been loving that car ever since. My little Tercel has been struggling along, and it's lack of a/c has been killing me of late, so, it being time for an upgrade, back to Royal Moore Toyota we went. I'm quite pleased with the certified pre owned Corolla S Aws set me up with, and the price we worked out with Ron. They're a genial bunch, and a pleasure to work with. It was getting late, and I dont think I ever caught the name of the gentleman in finance who closed everything out for us, but it was great talking Star Wars with him, and certainly made signing my name fifty times less of a chore. Thanks again to George for the consistently excellent service, both customer and mechanical, and to Aws, Ron, and the unknown finance guy for a great car and a pleasant buying experience. Big congratulations to Aws on the new baby girl as well. More

We thought we wanted a Prius Prime and were convinced after our test drive with Jordan, who pointed out all of the features. Ron explained cost and additions we might want. Because we wanted a blue one, it had to be ordered and Ron kept us in the loop as far as delivery date etc. When we picked it up, Jordan went into more detail about what the car had to offer. We felt no pressure at any time and left fully informed and happy to be driving a Prius Prime. More

But I came in and Aws was was extremely easy to work with and was always willing to say if he didn't know the answer to my question but would find the info for me. And Brent in financing went out of his way to call me in because he was able to find me a lender that was HALF the APR of my preapproved loan and another year of maintenance. All along the way everyone I mentioned felt genuine and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone considering looking for a car. Just a fantastic experience. More
