We've never had any problems , and the way they treated by my parents was with such kindness and respect. Taking their car yearly for the Pennsylvania inspection and quarterly for the windshield treatment I really had a chance to observe the way they operated on a regular basis. My experience was very pleasant. Although vehicle inventory has been low across the board, Anthony was able to find me a perfect match. Anthony communicated with me via texts for months before the purchase. He was not pushy, he answered all of my questions, but most importantly, he listened. It took me about 45 minutes to decide on if I wanted to proceed with the sale once Anthony reviewed the financial details with me. Anthony, without being prompted, gave me time and space to allow me to think everything through without applying any pressure. Once the vehicle was officially purchased, Anthony for a 2nd time, reviewed the new technology within the vehicle and later paired my phone to the vehicle as well.
