I felt that the service person on this visit was a bit cold and trying to pressure me into additional service to gain more income and not my best interest. I had to say no at least three times. Second, I went to have breakfast while waiting for a simple oil change and tire rotation. There was an issue with the locking lug nuts previously tightened to much. Instead of calling me while I was away, he decided to wait until I came back from breakfast to ask me who was the last place that tightened the nuts (which was you) which made my wait much longer than it should have been. Because the locking nut needed to be broken off to remove, he was pressuring me to replace the locking nuts with regular nuts. My thought is he was once again putting you ahead of me because since it was your fault ant no cost to me, he was only making it the cheapest way for you. Will I be back for future service from you, probably but really felt the service was a bit shady this time around. More
