I stood at the counter while BJ Diloy was on his phone watching videos and disregarded me, he even looked in my direction and looked back down at his screen until I called him out to help me. Just extreme watching videos and disregarded me, he even looked in my direction and looked back down at his screen until I called him out to help me. Just extremely unprofessional. The other guy could’ve said I’ll be with you momentarily I’m with another customer but circled around me to help the other customer. No one acknowledged me or what I needed until I said something. Just overall poor customer service and communication skills, very unprofessional staff and team. I wouldn’t recommend to others. More
