Criswell wants me to pay $955 for repairs for bad module in radio that hasn't worked since I bought the vehicle two weeks ago. In fact they were quite rude about it. I might have considered paying part of it, just to get it done. But this is ridiculous. The "manager" called me and was practically yelling at me saying that I should have purchased the extended warranty because his guys always inspect the vehicle and it must have broken after I bought it TWO WEEKS AGO, even though I took in for the problem less than a week after I bought it. **Update: Criswell is willing to negotiate More
