High expectations deflated I had bought another car from Horne Kia before and had high expectations from them and would have recommended them BEFORE this trip. When I was ready I had bought another car from Horne Kia before and had high expectations from them and would have recommended them BEFORE this trip. When I was ready for my next car, I researched online and found my perfect car on their lot. When I was ready to buy, I emailed the internet department and was told by Roxana that the car was available. When I arrived at the dealership, Roxana was very nice when she greeted me. She had to run errands and set me up to work with Barbara. I told her exactly which car I was interested in and she told me that it was the owner's/manager's personal daily driver/tester vehicle and was not on the lot. She was going to have me test drive another car on their lot and wait for their boss to bring their "tester car" back to the dealership. While Barbara was searching for a test-drive car, I inquired about miles. Tony said that they would make a concession for mileage. Why would someone wanting a brand new car want to purchase a tester/daily driver car that someone has been showing off to their friends and using and abusing for the last month or so? When I told them that I wasn't interested in that car with all the miles on it, they just said okay and let me walk right out like they were happy to see me go. They didn't even offer to make a dealer trade or anything. And, since they did not have another car in the same color/options I left and will not be back. They were very friendly, but did not have their act together and were trying to sell me something I didn't want. I did end up buying from another Kia dealership later that night. More

Great Personal Touch! I went shopping for a new Kia Soul at Horne Kia after communicating with Barbara Bloss on the phone. The salesperson who greeted my upon my arrival w I went shopping for a new Kia Soul at Horne Kia after communicating with Barbara Bloss on the phone. The salesperson who greeted my upon my arrival was Roxana Everett with a smile on her face. That smile never left: she was as pleasant as can be throughout the showing of the car. I liked the car, and during the negotiation process Barbara Bloss joined us. While businesslike, Barbara was equally pleasant. Yes, I bought the car, never once feeling any pressure to buy. I've been buying cars for over 50 years, and I can't recall any better experience! I live over 50 miles from Horne, but when it's time to buy another Kia, I'll bypass closer dealerships and return to Roxana, Barbara, and Horne. More
