The salesperson who greeted my upon my arrival was Roxana Everett with a smile on her face. That smile never left: she was as pleasant as can be throughout the showing of the car. I liked the car, and during the negotiation process Barbara Bloss joined us. While businesslike, Barbara was equally pleasant. Yes, I bought the car, never once feeling any pressure to buy. I've been buying cars for over 50 years, and I can't recall any better experience! I live over 50 miles from Horne, but when it's time to buy another Kia, I'll bypass closer dealerships and return to Roxana, Barbara, and Horne. More

Fantastic Experience! We were looking to buy our son's first car, so along with an assortment of choices, we had a lot of questions. From the time we entered the Horne Kia dealership, everyone was friendly, easy going and responsive. Our salesperson was Barbara Bloss, and she was knowledgeable and understanding as she answered all our questions. She also gave us plenty of time even though she knew we were just looking, as our son was making the final purchase decision. When we went back to the dealership with our son, it was time for her to answer all of his questions, which she did. In addition, General Manager Joshua Bauman and his entire team were great to work with, and they made our son's first-car-buying experience truly memorable. Thank you Horne Kia, Joshua, and Barbara! First let me tell you that I didn't have an appointment on the day I I wanted to write this review for an outstanding buying experience on a new car. First let me tell you that I didn't have an appointment on the day I went in and I had been talking to Barbara only through emails. And was scheduled on another day When I went in even though she had so many people she was helping she took the time to help me. She even helped accelerate the process as much as she could because I was on a time constraint. This by far was the best car buying process I have ever went through. I recommend Barbara Bloss to anyone who wants an amazing car buying experience thank you again for all your help and I LOVE my new optima More
