Let me start off by saying I have purchased plenty of cars from a few different dealerships. Lombard Ford by far is the most professional and personable dealership out there. I was greeted with open ar cars from a few different dealerships. Lombard Ford by far is the most professional and personable dealership out there. I was greeted with open arms in a very welcoming and no pressure atmosphere. They actually listened to what I wanted and what I needed. Rob, the owner, sat and chatted with me and was a blast to talk to. Barbara was amazing from the first day I put my request in online regarding my needs and followed through with everything that she said and Mike, the Finance Manager made signing all those papers a simple process along with educating you all the way though.. I will not shop for a car anywhere else. You are a person here not just a number. Michelle More

Wonderful Experience! Found Lombard Ford online while last minute looking for convertibles before ordering one simply because I was told I couldn't find what I wanted. I d Found Lombard Ford online while last minute looking for convertibles before ordering one simply because I was told I couldn't find what I wanted. I did and it happened to be states away. Lombard was awesome. They assisted me in the entire experience and helped with the many questions that I had, especially buying from out of state. They recommended carriers if I needed for transport and overnighted me documents with very clear instructions. They've been in constant contact with me and been patient while I've learned the experience of buying a car out of state when they sell cars out of state all the time. I would definitely recommend them for purchasing cars based on their service as well as their knowledge and being informative and honest along the way. When you buy a car 1500+ miles away, its nice to know that they understand but also know what they are doing. Thanks for being awesome!! More
