The staff were very welcoming and communicated well about what they would be doing and what I could expect. I requested pick up and a specific time and they were timely. My vehicle actually seemed to run mor what they would be doing and what I could expect. I requested pick up and a specific time and they were timely. Services were done timely, service writer didn’t listen and forgot to have cabinet air filter put on work order, I completely disagree with being charged labor for air filter and cab filter installation, t and forgot to have cabinet air filter put on work order, I completely disagree with being charged labor for air filter and cab filter installation, technician took them out show they needed replaced but charged labor to install new ones, if I had not replaced them, there would have been no additional labor charges, I will probably it use the dealer for service again!
