Customer service sucks. Took 5 phone calls and 4 days to get an update on my truck. No one ever called me back. Had to be lucky to get ahold of the right person to talk to. Took my Fiat in for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. While the cost was a bit more than I anticipated, the quality of service and attention to detail made it worthwh surprised by the overall experience. While the cost was a bit more than I anticipated, the quality of service and attention to detail made it worthwhile. The service advisor was friendly, professional, and took the time to walk me through the process. Next time, I’ll know how to play the game a little better and ask more upfront—but overall, I appreciated the transparency and care. Thanks to the team for making routine maintenance feel easy.
