We've been to MANY used car lots and 405 Motors was by far our best car-buying experience. The staff was not only helpful and friendly, but they didn't put any pressure on us. They let us browse the lot without hovering over us. We test drove some cars and when we found the "winner," the staff was very quick to get everything processed and give us our new keys. We didn't have a single critique after our experience. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the staff member that helped us up until the point of purchase, when we started working with Bari Bhurgri. Everyone there was great, though. More

I bought a 2004 Jeep Cherokee, and after leaving discovered it ahs bad flaws in the paint on the tailgate, which were covered by the dust. I will have to have a body shop fix the paint, at my expense. Also the dealership is badly organized, The Jeep had a faulty fan switch, which they fixed, after a lengthy wait for approval. The next day when I went to get the car, I had to wait 90 minutes for them to retrieve it from the shop and wash the quarry dust off. I was several miles down the road before I realized I had no temporary license plate on the car, and had to return, again there was a long wait while they found the forms, had me sign them, and I could leave.
