Remarkable service I was traveling when my car started making noise as I came into Knoxville. I called and spoke to Barry who stated they were booked but would try to I was traveling when my car started making noise as I came into Knoxville. I called and spoke to Barry who stated they were booked but would try to look at it for me. I arrived and explained my situation. He had a tech look at it, ordered the alternator and had me back on the road within hours. He kept me informed of the progress and the cost was less than originally quoted. I was extremely grateful for him going above and beyond to assist me. More

Why I Come Back To This Dealer I am rating this dealer the top of the number chain. I would come back to this dealer again and again. I have several vehicles and use this dealer for I am rating this dealer the top of the number chain. I would come back to this dealer again and again. I have several vehicles and use this dealer for everything from oil change to major repair. I even buy my tires here. I have been coming here for years. Every time the entire staff has been excellent. If there was a bad time, it would stand out in my mind. Nothing comes to mind. I have bought Scion products as well. My teenager had the first one to come to our town. She kept it for 243,000 miles before totaling it. It would still be running because I kept it maintenanced at this dealer. My son-in-law is still driving my old Corolla. He even straps a kayak to the roof and goes fishing. I brought both my children home in a Corolla. Go Toyota!!!! More

Great Service Took my 4runner in for 75k service. Barry Amole told me my service would be free of charge since I had purchased my tires and 4runenr new at TOK. It is a pleasure to have a customer service encounter with people who genuinely know the meaning of customer service. Both Barry and Chris were polite, understood the service needs and made sure that those needs were met efficiently. In today's world of "customer dis-service", it is reassuring to know that at least at Toyota Knoxville there is still "service with a smile". More
