Tenvoorde Service is Top Notch!!! Barry and the service staff at Tenvoorde Ford are wonderful. I no longer live in the St. Cloud area but am willing to take time off of work to bring my vehicle to Tenvoorde for service because they are just that much better than any other dealership I have worked with. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! AVOID Avoid at all costs! We bought a new vehicle from Tenvoorde and there was an issue with the front end. They assured us it would be fixed if we purchase Avoid at all costs! We bought a new vehicle from Tenvoorde and there was an issue with the front end. They assured us it would be fixed if we purchased it. After a tech looked at it they told us it would be $1200 to fix it, even though we were told it would be covered. Then they decided to fix another issue that popped up on the truck “out of good faith” without consulting us first. Then the managers argued with me calling me a liar and saying I was taking advantage of them. We ended up having to pay for repairs that we were told were covered. After all was said and done - the check engine light came back! We took it to another dealer to avoid the rudeness of Tenvoorde and turns out they never reprogrammed the truck after they installed the new parts! Avoid if you don’t want to spend unnecessary money and be called a liar. More
