Any questions I had, he would be sure to answer and even checked in afterwards to ensure we were loving our purchase. When the AC stopped working a month after purchasing, the dealership made sure to fix it at no additional cost to me. Andrew in service accommodated me and my schedule being that we are an hour and a half away from the dealership. I would definitely purchase another vehicle here and continue services here. Everyone at the dealership is so friendly and inviting!! More

Go see Rich when it's time to buy I've lost the exact count, but I know I have purchased 10 or 12 vehicles over the years and I would put my experience with Rich Kim and Luther Burnsvi I've lost the exact count, but I know I have purchased 10 or 12 vehicles over the years and I would put my experience with Rich Kim and Luther Burnsville Hyundai right at the top! Rich is very warm and welcoming. He had the [used] car I inquired about parked out in front and ready for its test drive. It was exactly as advertised. Once the decision to purchase was made, Rich went to work on my trade and the financing. It was all a bit too easy (compared to some horror stories I could tell you). In addition to the work Rich did, make sure you see Mike Akright, the Used Car Manager. Another great guy who made the car buying experience actually FUN! He quickly valued my trade and offered me a very fair value. In fact, the number he offered me was truthfully more than the number I was planning to get based on research I had done. Believe me when I say I was ready to fight for my trade in number or walk. Neither was necessary. When does that ever happen? Lastly we saw the "Finance Guy", Barry Larson. When people talk about this being the painful part... they have not met with Barry. I actually walked out of finance with a smile on my face. Even AFTER giving them a lot of my $$! Everyone I was in contact with at Luther B'ville Hyundai was truly outstanding, professional, honest and great to work with. I know this sounds like I'm on laughing gas or something, but I am truly happy with my car and with my experience with Rich, Mike and Barry. When it's time for another purchase, I will be back. More
