Helped me into the 2020 Palisade I’ve been waiting for! On paper, we knew it was the car for us, so the only thing left to do was drive it before buying. He took the time to make sure we got to see all the tech in action during the drive and jumped through hoops to make sure we could buy it and drive off that day even though it was so new, things weren’t quite in the system yet. There was a small ding on the windshield from a transport issue that we hadn’t noticed, but they let us know a new windshield was already on the way, so we scheduled a swap with service in a few days. We got a more than fair rate for our trade in and had a very smooth financing process. We’ll be back in a few years to get something for my daughter and we hope Bill is still there to help is with that too! More

Unexpected Surprise My wife, two children and I went to Luther Burnsville Hyundai with the intent of test driving some options for a family vehicle and a 0% intent of buy My wife, two children and I went to Luther Burnsville Hyundai with the intent of test driving some options for a family vehicle and a 0% intent of buying a vehicle today. Sue Handel was our sales/Leasing Consultant and assisted us in test driving the Santa Fe and Tucson. We were very impressed with both vehicles, but thought the Tucson was perfect. We were currently in a lease with Kia and General Manager Marco Bernini was very accommodating to assist us with our questions and concerns. As stated above, we arrived with no intention of purchasing a vehicle, and had not even drove the vehicle we were looking at replacing to the dealership. After we finished test driving the vehicles, it was near closing time. I travel frequently for work and was unable to come in later in the week to complete the purchase. Sue, Marco and the staff stayed 2 1/2 hours past closing time so we could complete the transaction and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. This kind of service is not common to any field, and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you to the team at Luther Burnsville Hyundai. You have gained some loyal customers!! More

My wife was driving at 2017 RAV4 which she liked a lot, but was vastly under powered. We were striking out with out manufacturers (dealerships mainly, poor customer service) as well to get us what we were looking for, for the price we wanted to pay. We walked into Burnsville Hyundai after driving a Santa Fe from the White bear lake store. We were connected with Scott Prescott, and right away we knew Scott was different. He was courteous, friendly, funny, and knowledgeable about the product. We were impressed first of all with the FIT AND FINISH of the vehicle.(my mom actually said it was nicer than her Lexus!!!!), the ride in the new Santa Fe is outstanding. We ended up getting the 2.0T as my wife wanted a little more get up and go, let me tell you, it go's!! I would recommend Burnsville Hyundai to anyone. BTW, Ryan the Finance guy is outstanding as well!! Everyone we worked with was wonderful!! Barry was great explaining the terms of our lease, and went through all questions we had. I always ask people in dealerships one simple questions "What kind of car do you drive?" Of the three individuals we worked with at Burnsville Hyundai, 2 owned Hyundai's.
