Barry London was excellent. We went in for a test drive and told him we had to be somewhere soon. We had a particular request for particular features and Barry searched and found the exact vehicle we wanted. Needless to say, we returned and bought the vehicle from Barry. Our buying experience was also great. It was quick and easy, and they answered all our questions. Our beautiful vehicle was all shiny and ready to go. I highly recommended Barry London and Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown!! More

I worked with Barry looking at a used Subaru. I can’t say enough good things about Barry in that he was not pushy at all, fully transparent with all the information on the vehicle, and was a plea I can’t say enough good things about Barry in that he was not pushy at all, fully transparent with all the information on the vehicle, and was a pleasure to work with car shopping. I would not hesitate to work with him in the future. Looking further into the vehicle, I found it wasn’t the right one for me and also the dealership was not very flexible on the price of the used car or my trade-in. There might have been some wiggle room but not much. I give the whole experience 4 and a half stars out of 5. More
