Cathy contacted Barry London by email and made arrangements to stop by for a visit the following weekend. Within an hour we had picked "the red one" and negotiated a very good deal with Rob Buchanan. Barry London and Rob Buchanan were both extremely kind, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful as they walked us through the buying process. Everyone we came in contact with at the dealership was extremely helpful and professional. The show room and customer waiting area are wonderfully comfortable and hospitable. We left the dealership that Saturday and returned early the next week to sign the papers and pick up the car. Rob was very through as we went through the paperwork and he explained each of our options as we went through the purchase process. Barry spent several hours with us explaining all the features of our new car, especially the phone and navigation systems. In turn, we sent Barry info about our trade-in car which he was very responsive in acknowledging in addition to answering any questions or concerns we had. When we arrived, we had his complete attention and it was apparent that he was organized and ready. The price negotiation went very smoothly as did all of the paperwork. We primarily dealt with Austin Shemon who was very thorough in explaining each paper we had to sign, particularly those items dealing with inter-state transfer arrangements. To sum up, Barry London made our buying experience enjoyable. We highly recommend him and the dealership. More

I have not owned a Mercedes in years and was not quite sure what I really wanted. I originally met Barry through USAA Car Buying Service; his follow-up with me was very impressive. When I arrived at the dealership, he was waiting outside the door with an extended hand welcoming me in to the world of MB; I can't even explain how important he made me feel. The very next day I drove away sitting inside my brand new MB E350 Coupe in Dune Silver; I am extremely happy! What a beautiful machine. If MB had a Wall of Fame for the Highest Intellectual Car Salesman and Customer Service Guru...it would be Barry London. He loves the MB and what it stands for; every word out of his mouth proves it; he is fun and serious all at the same time. Barry isn't just working a job, he is building on his passion and it is really delightful to see and experience. He understands the amount of engineering that goes in to the MB to create a meaningful and safe driving experience.
