We first met with Andre in testing driving a car and based on that positive experience we came back to the dealership and negotiated a fair price with Mr. Buchanan. If it wasn't for Andre, we would not have come back to consider the purchase. If it were not for Rob, we would not have made the purchase and if it were not for Barry, we would not consider MB of Hagerstown as the number one choice for future purchases. I hope that you can appreciate their professionalism as well as their just refreshing old fashion "niceness", we did, and that made the difference. More

Truly honest people here. I was overwhelmed at the candor and transparency shown by Barry and his staff. I contacted the dealership about 2 certified vehicles that they had in inventory. Wonderful response time to my initial inquiry. I ended up choosing to look into buying a new diesel GLK instead, and Barry provided me with an estimate quickly via email. I applied on their site for financing and was approved quickly. Even USAA couldn't beat the financing they offered me. I was pleased with the seamless transaction, quality service throughout. Couldn't ask for a more professional, pleasant transaction. I even had my 4 year old along, and Barry was so patient with my constant distractions! Highly recommend! More

In early fall I stopped into MB of Hagerstown to test drive a C300 4Matic. I was met by Barry London who was very friendly and more than willing to let me test drive a vehicle. At this point I shared with Barry that I was not going to purchase a vehicle in the immediate future, but was just conducting some research. He was more than understanding and went above and beyond to provide me information and to demonstrate the features of the C300. Fast forward 5 months and we were in the market for a used MB. I contacted Barry and asked to drive an E350 to determine the difference between the C-class. However, my wife and I just welcomed a new baby and it was going to be difficult for her to be able to see the vehicle. Barry went above and beyond yet again in allowing me to take the vehicle home for my wife to see with really no questions asked. We test drove several vehicles and Barry was more than patient as we attempted to determine which vehicle would meet the needs of our family. We finally settled on a vehicle (C300). Barry offered to bring the paperwork to our house so that my wife did not have to leave our newborn! We did actually go to the dealership to sign off on the car. He even dispelled my concerns about the cost difference of the diesel and gas models of the GLK. I ended up purchasing the MB 250 (diesel) without visiting the other cars that I had on my list to test drive. The entire experience was relaxed and enjoyable.
