Mercedes-Benz and Mr. Martin uphold a certain style of service "the best deals or nothing else". As a young woman acquiring a new car on my own I was a bit nervous because at other dealerships I was offered unfair deals because of my age and looks. However Mr. Martin and EVERYONE at Mercedes-Benz welcomed me and made me feel like my dream of driving a Mercedes was not only reachable but inevitable by the end of our meeting. We are expanding our family and expecting our first child and were looking for the perfect car to fit our needs. Barry was very knowledgeable about all of the models he showed us but was never overly pushy or aggressive with us. That made the buying experience both comfortable and enjoyable. In addition, he is very prompt with returning phone calls and answering emails, conveying the sense that he truly cares for his customers and their buying experience.
