I came from Nordstrom as a personal stylist for 4 years prior to Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted. I have 2 dogs, Louie a Frenchie and Cooper aka "Mini Cooper" an English Bulldog. 4th Mercedes' purchase, and it was by far the best! Barry was amazing! I had communicated via phone there were several vehicles I was interested in. Up my arrival, all vehicles were ready for me to driv Barry was amazing! I had communicated via phone there were several vehicles I was interested in. Up my arrival, all vehicles were ready for me to drive, which had an iced cold Diet Pepsi. Barry had a great sense of who I was through phone communication and questions he had asked. I drove 2 and knew that Barry was dialed in to what I was looking for! I came in the very next day to pick up my vehicle, and it was all draped with a bow! Class act! Thank you Barry for the amazing service. More
