The best compliment I can give is to say that in the process of turning in my lease on my 16 Mercedes CLS 400, the respect and treatment Barry showed me convinced me to lease another CLS. While the car is outstanding, the communication, punctuality and process could have not possibly been more enjoyable. I certainly received a fair deal, no doubt about it, but more importantly, my time commitment was kept to a minimum and the process was totally painless and possibly even enjoyable. He's very personable, genuine, and an excellent listener. He was also very patient with my many questions. I felt he really got me and made it his mission to find the perfect car. He made suggestions about the car's detailing and the extra features he thought would be best, though no car like that was available in their inventory. Barry found the only one in the US (in Wisconsin!) with the right combination. He talked with his manager and they actually bought the car with no risk or obligation to me. He got it here in 4 days, making sure the driver was off for Easter Sunday. Barry cares about everyone, not just his clients. Through the whole process he was lots of fun and provided outstanding customer service to make this really special experience. He was absolutely right about everything. I LOVE THIS CAR! He worked until he found exactly what I was looking for, as if he already knew my wife (having never met her). On his own, he purchased a cake and orchids, to enhance the surprise (he presented these himself at our doorstep). He also volunteered one of his employee discounts to make up some of the difference on what I still owed on my vehicle that I was trading in. He had just met me a few days before offering this discount. This speaks to the level of customer service North Olmsted MB is willing to extend. When the shock of the surprise wore off, my wife was in tears, knowing what this gift represented. Barry is no longer just the guy who sold us a car...he is also now a friend.
