The best compliment I can give is to say that in the process of turning in my lease on my 16 Mercedes CLS 400, the respect and treatment Barry showed me convinced me to lease another CLS. While the car is outstanding, the communication, punctuality and process could have not possibly been more enjoyable. I certainly received a fair deal, no doubt about it, but more importantly, my time commitment was kept to a minimum and the process was totally painless and possibly even enjoyable. If I am purchasing/leasing a Mercedes in NE Ohio, this is my dealer, and it was worth the hour drive past two other Mercedes dealers. More
