This time I dealt with Barry Sisler who went above and beyond to make my leasing experience easy. Barry would send me videos of the vehicles I was looking at and gave me his personal opinion on which would suit my needs the best. Living 4 hours away from MB of North Olmsted and having another MB Dealership 20 minutes away has been the reason I keep coming back. There was a slight issue that Barry dealt with where he went above and beyond by personally help paying for something which was discussed during the leasing process. They ware very popular in Naples & couldn't promise me a car for months. I then called North Olmsted and started the process with Ceil Cohen. Being a Clevelander I wanted to buy my car in Cleveland. Ceil worked with me and we decided on all the extras and she ordered my car. After a while being in Florida I decided to wait for the 2019 models coming out. Barry then took over after having been given all my info & travel schedule from Ceil. Barry was fantastic even texted me while in Greece on vacation to tell me my car was HERE! The whole experience with Barry was great , he had all the paperwork done when we arrived back into Cleveland and unveiled my beautiful car! !Well worth the wait and I can't wait to drive it this season in Florida. More

We worked with Barry Sisler for the first time and he was excellent to deal with, he was helpful, engaging and kept us up to date the entire time. They located the car we wanted out of state and continually updated us as it came to the dealership.
