Excellent Car Buying Experience We were lucky enough to have Gillian Barnes guide us through our purchase of a certified pre-owned RDX. Not only was she knowledgeable (extremely), in We were lucky enough to have Gillian Barnes guide us through our purchase of a certified pre-owned RDX. Not only was she knowledgeable (extremely), in respect to this vehicle, it seemed Gillian's top priority was to make us feel comfortable with our purchase. Even after our purchase, Gillian continued her service to us. She truly wants to make sure that everything about our car buying experience was as close to perfect as can be. Following all of this up was Leslie Magruder who carefully explained the in's and out's of the warranties and insurance options. She explained it in a way that even I could understand, in doing so I was able to make informed decisions on the different options. Since I'm here I feel like I should mention the service department as well. I have been bringing my TSX here for the past 5 1/2 years. They have always respected how practical I could be and always made sure to give me a priority list of services that I could have done, always respecting my financial situation at the time. All in all, I had a great car buying experience and I would highly recommend Crown Acura for your car buying needs, as well as service. More

Top Notch Service! I had a very pleasant experience at Crown Acura today. I did not have an appointment, but Bart Bartley was more than happy to allow an oil change on I had a very pleasant experience at Crown Acura today. I did not have an appointment, but Bart Bartley was more than happy to allow an oil change on my GMC. Not only did I get an oil change, but they washed my car before returning it to me. Thank you to Bart! Very professional and courteous, and a delight to work with. This is a Top Notch Dealership! More

Great Service, As Usual I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and 30K mile service for my Acura TSX and I had another great experience. Bart Bartley provided A+ service as he always does. I was in first thing in the morning, as I was waiting, and there was no early morning figuring things out.
