Sales manager was rude and did not resolve issue for a $50 oil change. Made the customer feel as though he had given free oil changes previously instead of communicating the maintenance package had been c $50 oil change. Made the customer feel as though he had given free oil changes previously instead of communicating the maintenance package had been canceled so the customer could make an informed decision about where to take auto for this and future oil changes without making customer feel like they made a mistake. Regret the entire purchase and will not purchase in the future any goods from this dealership. More
