We met Bart during a very hectic and stressful time, due to our current car dying. We needed a new car fast and without hassle. Dealer steped up and made things right I bought a pre-owned 2019 Chevrolet Bolt from Emich Chevrolet earlier this month. The salesman, Bart Johnson, was extremely knowledgable and explained I bought a pre-owned 2019 Chevrolet Bolt from Emich Chevrolet earlier this month. The salesman, Bart Johnson, was extremely knowledgable and explained all of the features of the vehicle, and even demonstrated them during the test drive. The vehicle needed a 12 volt battery replacement and charging system test and this was done at their shop and the car was delivered to me (70 miles away) the next day. After delivery, I noticed some hail damage that was not visible when I originally drove the car. Bart told me that he would mention it to his boss and I was told that it would be fixed for me free of charge. Got the vehicle back in just one day and it now looks great. Could not be happier with the service, price or the buying experience. I would recommend these guys to anyone. More
