Better than ever! I've been purchasing Toyota vehicles since 1982--small truck, 1985 and 92--Cressida, 1999-Sienna, 2007, 2015, and 2017--Prius! There has never been o I've been purchasing Toyota vehicles since 1982--small truck, 1985 and 92--Cressida, 1999-Sienna, 2007, 2015, and 2017--Prius! There has never been one time I've been disappointed with the service, technician, sales staff, and ownership of Schaumburg Toyota. I've never met Bart Szuba before, but he noticed I was due for a 10,000 mile checkup, which I thought was not yet due, so in addition to the loose clamp under my car that I had come in for them to check, I got the oil change, safety check, tire rotation and more--just for stopping in. I was able to go across the street for a taco lunch while the work was done, and all was finished by the time I returned. Bart was terrific! My favorite has always been Rafael (and he may still be), and Jerry McDuffie is superb as "my" salesman. Thanks again, Schaumburg, for the terrific service! More

I have worked with many of the guys on the service team, and they all are very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Jerry McDuffy is one terrific salesperson! He is able to answer all my questions about the new car I bought from him and explains the various vehicle technology very clearly and with understandable analogies. His sense of humor made the car buying experience a real pleasure! More

And the customer service at Schaumburg Toyota is excellent! The only time I have brought my car back there has been for oil changes and minor upkeep service. Every time they impress me! My wife bought a Honda 1 year ago. They are deficient in their product and service in comparison to Schaumburg Toyota. My Prius gets 50+ miles/gallon in the summer. The only problem that I have with it is in the winter, it doesn't handle as well as a heavier car. But I am not complaining. I am a devoted customer of Schaumburg Toyota. My previous 4 cars were Fords. Never again, will I buy a Ford. I had nothing but problems with those Fords. More
