I recently brought my 2015 Kia Optima in to be looked at being the motor was making a noise and the check engine light was on. I can not express how thankful I am to have brought my car to Bulldog Kia. Havi being the motor was making a noise and the check engine light was on. I can not express how thankful I am to have brought my car to Bulldog Kia. Having car issues can be stressful in addition to all the questions and concerns I had. I was advised there was a recall on the motor but there would need to be a diagnostic test ran to know what issues my car was having. Turns out my motor was definitely knocking and Kia would replace the motor. I only had to pay for the valve waste gate ( plus labor for part) my car needed also. The service manager, Beau Wegmann who was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with kept me up to date on the process of my repairs. Excellent service!!! More

The entire dealership from the sales people, to the office staff to the service people are super friendly. As aggravating as it can be to have to visit a "car dealership", Bulldog Kia makes at a pleasu office staff to the service people are super friendly. I really appreciated Darryl. He didn’t come across fake or desperate. Pleasant to talk to, not pushy. At dealerships I’m always told that their certified cars go through a 164 point inspection. Yet the car I bought had a tail light out and the mats were nasty. It makes you wonder about how truthful the dealerships are. Also, every time you take your car in for service they come back with a list of other things that need to be done. It is unnerving. The people at Bulldog Kia work at being nice and that is a plus. More
