No follow up I was so please with Bulldog Kia. I have an Optima there was a recall on the motor. Before the recall I put 3 belts on my car. I was told because the I was so please with Bulldog Kia. I have an Optima there was a recall on the motor. Before the recall I put 3 belts on my car. I was told because the motor was messed up it caused the belts to stretch. Bulldog replaced my motor. I called them immediately and told them something wasn’t right. I also told them I would need a loner car because my daughter was back in college and I didn’t have another way to go. They told me they didn’t have a car to spare but would put me on the board. It’s been since October and no one has contacted me to bring my car in to have it checked. My car seems to be idling or vibrating. It seems sluggish since I got it back but nobody seems to care. I was planning on trading my car in for a new optima but I will not be doing business with Bulldog Kia. More

Not properly following road directory Service worker parked a costumers car behind mine on the wrong side of the road... in an area that shows that cars are not suppose to be in that area Service worker parked a costumers car behind mine on the wrong side of the road... in an area that shows that cars are not suppose to be in that area... as such (arrows) which resulting in me scraping the other car... and my insurance is going up because the dealership workers are careless... after this happened they tried to follow the signage on the ground, which happened to be tooooo late. They didn’t offer anything or compensation! I’ll be in contact with my attorneys. More
