This was quite possibly my worst auto service experience ever. After 6 hours I was notified that the work would not be started that day. Told that car would be washed and I could pick it up. Car had not bee ever. After 6 hours I was notified that the work would not be started that day. Told that car would be washed and I could pick it up. Car had not been washed and the electric fan had been left running for 6 hours (this was after I told them that the fuse had to be pulled or the battery would die / they should have known this). Battery was dead. Did some research on Google; bought a $7 relay from Amazon; it was delivered the next day. Problem fixed. I will never bring my vehicle back to Rizza and will recommend to anyone who ask that they should not go there. Eddelson from now on! More

Always great service with over 90,000 miles now on my Cadillac so when I was ready for service, Becky D’Andrea got me in right away, same day, with a loaner waiting for me too.
