I was a 'walk in' for service on my SRX Saturday morning 8 am. The 2 check in young ladies were as polite and professional as they could be. Filled out some quick paperwork then was directed to a very comfo 8 am. The 2 check in young ladies were as polite and professional as they could be. Filled out some quick paperwork then was directed to a very comfortable waiting room. Donuts and hot coffee were complimetary. Not too long and one of the girls came out with an update. It will be done soon Sir. We'll give it a quick wash and you will be ready to go. Is what I was told. Perfect... I said. What a great experience...even got auto show tickets....awesome dealership. More

Great Customer Service! Annual visit for oil change and wiper blades. I also had a chrome strip installed on the hood of my SRX that a car was ripped off. Only problem is the charge of $37.81 for shop supplies. I think I just paid for the supply of donuts offered. More
