I was forgotten about Waited 2hrs after appointment time checked got garbage explanation it hadn't been touched/plugged into get error code during that timeframe I know it Waited 2hrs after appointment time checked got garbage explanation it hadn't been touched/plugged into get error code during that timeframe I know it takes 2 seconds to plug into reader for diagnosis not 2hrs would have been longer if I didn't go to service rep. Very disappointed I was forgotten about!!! We all make mistakes (in this case forgetting) just admit to it don't give me some "spin" to my face I try my best to live my Christianity and know about the importance of forgiveness. I've never had any problems previously with this service department or the rep I understand mistakes can happen. More
