In the age of covid-19 when I arrived the service man who greeted me had his make down at his neck, not covering his mouth or nose the entire visit even as he came to the waiting room to talk to customers. ALL customers were properly covered my entire visit. As Becky Kline, my sales person walked by the waiting area we spoke and she had her mask on the proper way, covering both nose and mouth. As a matter of fact, my wife and I are repeat customers (we’ve bought about 10 cars here. Sometimes we buy 2 at a time). Our sales representative this time was Becky. She was great about getting me into the car I wanted. My wife, not so much. My wife was looking at a new Forester. We didn’t get the price we were asking for (which is fine). But, Becky never went back to her boss to try to help us get closer to where we wanted to be. That being said, we decided to go down to W&L Nissan because my wife had been thinking about a Rogue. After some negotiations with Andy Long, he was able to get us at the payment we could afford. After leaving Nissan, we had to go back to the Subaru lot to sign my papers. Upon entering, Becky came up and called my wife a TRAITOR because she didn’t buy the Subaru off her. Unfortunately she wasn’t kidding. To us this was unprofessional and uncalled for. I have no problems giving W&L my business (because Andy has always taken care of us). But, I will not be buying another vehicle off of Becky. More
