Purchased a 2017 used ES 350 from Lexus of Wayzata. John”Mac MacEachern my salesperson was very pleasant, not pushy extremely helpful and had a great sense of humor.Eric the ‘tech’guy was super also. I worked primarily with Bob Horwitz with Lisa Mc Nutty pinch hitting when Bob was not available. I am a deliberate buyer (trained as an Engineer) with many questions any wanting to make a good decision. pinch hitting when Bob was not available. Bob provided me with the information I wanted on the available RX 350's including the price for each. This made the the process very smooth. He regularly brought cars from the lot to us as my wife was choosing the color. In fact the car we purchased Bob located at the sister dealership which.obviously gave us more to choose from. My wife really likes her new Lexus There is no question I will work with Bob in the future. I rate him a 10 More
