If I have questions or concerns he is always available to help me. Lexus of Wayzata is a wonderful dealership and everyone I have dealt with there goes above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. I can’t imagine going to another Lexus dealer. The Finance Manager, Becky Stenson, also was a gem to work with. She made the process of the Finance Department much easier and was so knowledgeable. Both she and Cal know their products and discussed which ones were best for me and my personal situation. Eric Baumann, the Technology Specialist effortlessly set me up with navigation and Bluetooth on a level I could understand. I am not a savvy techie! He was kind and patient with this old middle-aged person! I am a very happy customer. If I decide this isn’t my last vehicle I will definitely be calling Cal Ryan. It was a pleasure working with Joe Nathanson and Becky Stenson during the purchase of our Certified Pre-Owned 2019 Lexus LS500. All requirements were quickly and correctly accomplished during our visit to Stenson during the purchase of our Certified Pre-Owned 2019 Lexus LS500. All requirements were quickly and correctly accomplished during our visit to the Wayzata dealership. There was one area where I was not satisfied with and hopefully is being addressed by Lexus. That area is the wheels on the aitomobile. Clearly, to me, the spokes are delaminating, flaking off etc. on all four wheels. Pictures were takn and given to the service manager for action. Hopefully this issue will be quickly resolved. Otherwise, we are very pleased with the car and our experience with Lexus of Wayzata. We also have a 2019 Lexus RX 350.
