From Greg Loop who I emailed about interest in a car 6 months ago and him keeping in touch but not being too pushy to him setting up an apt with another sales rep while he was out on Friday. Becky from financing who knew I had some past dings and did everything in her power to keep me on the loan and telling my husband and I what was needed. She went into the office early on Saturday knowing we were on a tight schedule. Joe Shad who stepped in for Greg and answered questions got us driving the car- being honest and helpful. To Scott who finished our financing discussing options we had and what he thought would be best for my driving conditions and miles not making us feel pressured but giving us all of the info to make a solid decision. To delivery of the car and Eric going through the details about the options etc. I’ve never been more impressed and felt more like we were the only customer even though we knew we weren’t they took the time to make us feel like we were. Greg called me to ask me how I liked the car and if I needed anything. I’m beyond impressed and will definitely buy another car from this dealership again. More

It doesn't make me an expert but certainly gives me incite into a good and/or bad experience. Most of my experiences would probably be rated a 3+ on a 0-5 scale. I must admit this is the only time I honestly could rate our purchase a 5+ for so many reasons. Lexus of Wayzata is an awesome and friendly facility. Ownership, sales and finance made us feel like we were family. John MacEachern, better known as "Mac", assists in every way possible.
