They told me I needed around 2300 in parts and labor. I had to order the 1000$ up front and they would contact me when the part came in. a week an a half later I heard nothing. Took the car to another I had to order the 1000$ up front and they would contact me when the part came in. a week an a half later I heard nothing. Took the car to another center and they suggested I start with a simple break line flush first. I had my car serviced elsewhere for A LOT less, car is working great. Another thing that I was disappointed with- after charging me 170$ to look at what is wrong, they gave me my car back COVERED in bird poop. Pros: Ford did have professional service members and they did refund me my money back for the part. More
