Extremely pleased with my experience!! I never thought in a million years that I would be driving a brand-new Lexus but because of Jim Wang and the team at Lexus of Rockford I am. Jim was very helpful to me and listened to me when I said what I was looking for and needed. I told him where I needed my payments to be and that's when he brought Matt Jensen and Ben Bleed into the office and they worked their magic with the numbers. My payment is affordable, everyone was pleasant to talk to and not once did I feel pressured to buy anything. I will tell everyone I know to go to Lexus of Rockford and to ask for Jim! A+ guys!! Matt Jensen, General Manager, worked with us through the whole process, which was very helpful. The day I picked up my car, the employees were very friendly and helpful. Ron spent a lot of time going over all the paperwork and all the details of the car. I met with Ben Bleed, Business Manager, to finish up the financing. He was very detailed, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When I left Lexus, I was very pleased with my car and I couldn’t believe how smooth everything went.
